PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial high-frequency coupler capable of measuring temperatures of an inner conductor with high reliability.SOLUTION: A coaxial high-frequency coupler 10 includes a coupler body 11 and temperature measurement means 21 installed on the coupler body 11. The coupler body 11 includes a cylindrical inner conductor 14 and a cylindrical outer conductor 15 provided coaxially. The temperature measurement means 21 includes a ring 22 installed on the inner-peripheral surface of the inner conductor 14 and a thermocouple 23 installed on the ring 22.
