PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a content desired by a viewer and/or an advertisement content according to a user cannot be caused to be viewed by the user.SOLUTION: The system 1 includes: an application server system (AP system) 4; and a connection control system 3. The connection control system 3 is configured to establish a connection between the AP system 4 and a user terminal 2 on the basis of terminal identification information transmitted by the user terminal 2. The AP system 4 is configured to receive a content transmission request including information transmitted from the user terminal 2 and identifying a main content, select an advertisement content on the basis of advertisement selection information, and transmit information identifying the selected advertisement content to the user terminal 2.
