The present invention relates to a substrate for front emission type organic light emitting device, a method for manufacturing the same, and a front emission type organic light emitting device comprising the same and, more specifically, to a substrate for a front emission type organic light emitting device capable of reducing color shifting which changes color as viewing angle increases, a method for manufacturing the same, and a front emission type organic light emitting device comprising the same. The present invention provides a substrate for a front emission type organic light emitting device in which a light refraction unit for refracting light emitted from the organic light emitting device on at least one part of one surface facing the organic light emitting device in a substrate disposed on one side which emits light emitted from the organic light emitting device to the outside among both sides of the front emission type organic light emitting device, a method for manufacturing the same, and a front emission type organic light emitting device comprising the same.
