PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied gas vaporization method, a liquefied gas vaporization system and an offshore floating body structure mounting the liquefied gas vaporization system which economically vaporizes liquefied gas by effectively utilizing boil off gas in a liquefied gas tank by a compact constitution without taking-in sea water.SOLUTION: A liquefied gas vaporization system 1 includes: a liquefied gas vaporization unit 2 which heat-exchanges liquefied gas stored in a liquefied gas tank with heat medium and vaporizes the liquefied gas; a boil off gas combustion part 3 which combusts boil off gas of liquefied gas; a turbine 4 which is rotated and driven by energy of combustion gas after combustion on the boil off gas combustion part 3; and a combustion gas supply part 8 which supplies combustion gas discharged from the turbine 4 to the liquefied gas vaporization unit 2. The boil off gas combustion part 3 is a pressurization type combustor which causes compressed air to be supplied thereto and subjects the boil off gas to pressurizing combustion and a compressor 5 which generates compressed air and supplies the compressed air to the boil off gas combustor 3 as pressurizing combusting air is provided concentrically with the turbine 4.
