PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image classification device capable of performing an image classification dynamically reflecting a classifying intention of a user by automatically generating a classification rule with respect to a category having no feedback directly from the user while reducing a user's load.SOLUTION: The image classification device for classifying an image into clusters includes: correction instruction input means for inputting a division instruction for moving images included in a cluster classified according to an initial classification reference into another cluster or for inputting an integration instruction to add the images to a classified cluster; cluster correction means for correcting the cluster on the basis of the division instruction or the integration instruction; classification reference estimating means for estimating a co-occurrence relation between the images included in the corrected cluster; and cluster reconstructing means for reconstructing the cluster which is not defined as an object of the division instruction or the integration instruction according to the estimated classification reference.
