PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push button device which reliably eliminates a foreign substance and can maintain smooth movements of a button.SOLUTION: A push button device 1 includes a button 10 and a case 20 which guides the button 10 so that the button 10 is movable in a vertical direction. The button 10 has a guided surface 11a guided by the case 20. The case 20 has a guide surface 21a which is placed opposite to the guided surface 11a in the way that a gap appears between the case and the guided surface 11a and guides the button 10. On at least either the guided surface 11a of the button 10 or the guide surface 21a of the case 20, a recessed groove 21c extending along the vertical direction is formed, the recessed groove 21c is formed in the way that its groove depth gradually deepens from above to below, and its lower end opens below. |
