PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet which achieves excellent sound damping quality and waterproofness and is preferably used as a waterproof sheet of a service hole cover of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet 1 of the invention is used for covering an opening of a vehicle door panel composed of an outer panel and an inner panel having the opening. The waterproof sheet 1 has a number of hollow parts 6 between a lower surface sheet 2 made of a polyolefin resin and an upper surface sheet 5 made of a polyolefin resin. A number of holes 7 which communicate with the hollow parts 6 are formed on one surface of the hollow sheet 1. |
