PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device having a structure, in which, in an organic compound layer with a laminate structure, an energy barrier generated at an interface of organic compound layers is mitigated.SOLUTION: In a light-emitting device, at an interface between an organic compound layer (1) 102 and an organic compound layer (2) 103, a mixed layer 105 constituted of a material composing the organic compound layer (1) 102 and a material composing the organic compound layer (2) 103 is formed, thereby an energy barrier generated between the organic compound layer (1) 102 and the organic compound layer (2) 103 can be mitigated. |
