The present invention relates to a composition including an epoxy compound with alkoxysilyl groups and a cured product which show not only improved heat resistance in a composite but also processibility, and require no extra silane coupling agent, and to a use thereof. According to the present invention, provided are an epoxy compound with alkoxysilyl groups, a composition of the epoxy compound including an alkoxysilyl group reaction catalyst, a cured product thereof and a use thereof. A composite of the composition including epoxy compound with alkoxysilyl groups, according to the present invention, improves chemical bonding efficiency, when forming an epoxy compound by not only a chemical bonding between the alkoxysilyl group in the epoxy compound having alkoxysilyl groups and a filler, but also a chemical bonding between alkoxysilyl groups in epoxy compound having alkoxysilyl groups, thereby exhibiting excellent heat resistance, processibility and flame retardancy.
