CONSTITUTION: A heat pump heat source system includes a heating circuit (40), a radiant heat circuit (41), a heat pump (51), an on-off duty determination heat (151), and a heating control unit (152). The heating circuit is connected with a heating terminal (200), and a first thermal medium is circulated through the heating terminal. The radiant heat circuit is connected with a radiant heat unit, and a second thermal medium is circulated through the radiant heat unit. The heat pump includes a heat pump circuit (52), a heating heat-exchanger (84), and a radiant heat heat-exchanger. The on-off duty determined unit determines on-off duty, which is the ratio of on-period to off-period. The heating control unit operates the heating terminal for heating.
