PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for illumination room glass sheet in which a seal member is hardly deteriorated when a glass sheet for transparently sealing the illumination room arranged outside an opening part formed at one side wall of a cooking chamber for heating and cooking food material is fixed to one side wall of the cooking chamber through the seal member.SOLUTION: A fixing structure 20 for a glass sheet of illumination room of a heating and cooking unit in which a glass sheet 19 for transparently sealing an illumination room 17 arranged outside an opening part 12b formed at one side wall 12a of the cooking chamber for heating and cooking food material is fixed to the one side wall 12a of the cooking chamber comprises a sheet-like seal member 21 having heat-resistance and oil-resistance installed between a peripheral edge of the opening part 12b and a peripheral edge of the glass sheet 19, and a fixing frame 22 for pushing the glass sheet 19 against the one side wall 12a of a cooking chamber 12 and fixing it against the side wall through the seal member 21, a flat pressing surface part 22a formed at the inner peripheral edge of the fixing frame 22 is abutted in plane against the peripheral edge of the glass sheet 19, and the fixing frame 22 is fixed to the one side wall 12a of the cooking chamber. |
