PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate a liquid containing fine air bubbles with high density.SOLUTION: Water and air are mixed to generate an initial liquid containing fine air bubbles (Step S11). The air bubble diameter of the fine air bubbles is 1 μm or less. The air bubble density of the initial liquid is measured (Step S13), and when the density does not reach the target density (Step S14), the initial liquid is heated and depressurized so that the liquid vaporizes (Step S15). As the volume of the liquid is reduced, the density of the fine air bubbles increases and a high density fine air bubble liquid is acquired. Or, by using a filter through which fine air bubbles do not pass, the density of the fine air bubbles of the initial liquid is increased so that a high density fine air bubble liquid is acquired (Step S15). When the air bubble density of the initial liquid is higher than the target density, the initial liquid is diluted (Step S16). |
