PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal pile for a solar panel, which can cut a geothermal heat loss at midwinter and which enables burial work to be performed with ease.SOLUTION: A metal pile 100 for fixing a support frame for a solar panel on a ground surface includes: a burial body 10 that is buried in the ground surface; a mounting body 20 that is mounted on the side of the support frame; a heat insulation material 30 that is interposed between the mounting body 20 and the burial body 10; and a connection member 40 that integrates the burial body 10 and the mounting body 20 together while interposing the heat insulation material 30.
