FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering 3-5 h long 11-12 group treatment sessions in daily mode. Contact is set at the first session for suggesting a patient to overcame disorder. The patient is transferred into trans state and kept in full silence for four days in teaching the patient diaphragmatic and costal breathing techniques and speech voice using logopedia methods. Physiotherapeutic measures are applied including respiratory exercises, massage of muscles participating in speech production. Physiotherapeutic treatment is administered as autotraining sessions to inhabit the patient in normally speaking man role. The patient goes on keeping silence at the fifth and sixth sessions with the exception of group lessons during which articulation and phrase-speaking lessons are added to logopedic techniques. Silence is cancelled at the end of the seventh session and the received skills are fixed by developing phrase-speaking skills and reading aloud. Social adaptation measures are applied.
