PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum valve unit which can eliminate necessity of individual opening and closing operations for both of a by-pass pipe and a vacuum hose mainly during use of the by-pass pipe. SOLUTION: A three-way valve 41 is arranged at a branch portion of a vacuum hose 26 in the course of a by-pass pipe 25, through which one of a tip 25a of the by-pass pipe 25 and a vacuum hose 26 can be selectively switched relative to a portion 25b adjacent to a vacuum sewer pipe 22 of the by-pass pipe 25.
