PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each communication service provider to provide a unique service, with the suppression of duplicated investment on resources for use for a communication service among the communication service providers.SOLUTION: A communication control device includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring information included in a network connection request, when receiving the network connection request from a terminal device to which the communication service is provided by any one communication service provider among a plurality of predetermined communication service providers; and based on the information included in the network connection request, a selection unit for selecting one or more modules which correspond to the communication service provider providing the communication service to the terminal device among a module group prepared in advance, and which is executed in the communication service for the terminal device. |
