PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle rear wheel support device having a function of supporting a rear wheel axle of a bicycle and a function of tilting and returning the bicycle rightward and leftward, thereby facilitating a training of the bicycle such as stand-up pedaling. ! SOLUTION: A bicycle rear wheel support device includes a float support mechanism 10 which floats and supports a rear wheel 101 of a bicycle 100 from an installation surface 5, the float support mechanism 10 including: a pair of bearing portions 2 and 2 for supporting an axle 102 of the rear wheel 101; leg portions 3 extending downwardly from the bearing portions 2 and 2; and contact parts 7 and 7 provided at a bottom of the leg portions 3 and being in contact with the installation surface 5, in which each of the contact parts 7 is formed in a downwardly curved shape. !
