Disclosed is an organic waste treatment device using Ptecticus tenebrifer larvae. The organic waste treatment device using Ptecticus tenebrifer larvae comprises: a plurality of treatment containers accommodating organic waste inside and having spaces which the Ptecticus tenebrifer larvae can inhabit; a storing unit storing the organic waste and a moisture controlling agent which are to be added to the treatment containers, at an amount to be used in one day of treatment or more; a mixing unit mixing the organic waste and the moisture controlling agent which are to be added to the treatment containers; an adding unit adding the mixture of organic waste and the moisture controlling agent to the treatment containers; and a transferring unit transferring the organic waste and the moisture controlling agent from the storing unit to the adding unit. The organic waste treatment device mixes organic waste and a moisture adjusting agent so that the Ptecticus tenebrifer larvae can effectively treat organic waste. In a system for treating a large amount of organic waste, the organic waste treatment device adds organic waste, of which the moisture is controlled correspondingly to the number of days of Ptecticus tenebrifer larval growth, into treatment containers so that the treated organic waste can be effectively discharged. |
