The present invention relates to a rainwater recycling apparatus which can discharge a lot of initial rainwater containing foreign matters but store relatively clean rainwater, when it rains, to utilize the stored rainwater as available water. The rainwater recycling apparatus comprises: a rainwater discharge pipe which is vertically fixed on the side wall of a structure or a pier to discharge rainwater to the downside; a cylindrical foreign matter filter tank which is detachably fit to the lower end part of the rainwater discharge pipe to discharge only rainwater to the downside in a state where foreign matters contained in the rainwater is filtered; a drain which is formed in the bottom side of the foreign matter filter tank to be connected to the downside and controls a discharge speed while filtering foreign matters contained in the rainwater; a bypass pipe formed above the foreign matter filter tank to communicate with the outside in order to discharge water to the outside when the foreign matter filter tank is gradually and fully filled with water by resistance generated while the rainwater passes through the drain; and a rainwater storage tank for storing water discharged through the bypass pipe. |
