PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an independent quilting feather pack lining member having cold-proofing properties and lightness of feathers without showing feeling of using feather on a surface fabric side by eliminating restrictions on a design when using feathers as a member of a sewn product, and generating no blowout of feathers even when sewing on a surface fabric such as a hard fabric. ! SOLUTION: The quilting feather pack lining member 10 is a quilting feather pack which comprises a bag fabric, a feather bag peripheral sewing-up line 32 forming a feather bag and going around the outer peripheral part of the feather bag, feathers enclosed in the feather bag, and a quilting line 35 applied to the bag fabric. A joint area 31 is formed on the outside of the feather bag peripheral sewing-up line with a prescribed dimension which is previously designed according to the appearance of settling of a joint and an edge face. !
