PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive storage container which stores a stored object in a predetermined gas, keeps the state where an environment of the gas is maintained thereby preventing qualitative changes and deterioration of the stored object when the stored object is transferred to another location, and has a simple structure.SOLUTION: A storage container 10 stores a stored object in a predetermined gas and comprises: a support plate 11; a cylindrical cover 12 which is attached so as to cover a surface region 11e of the support plate 11; guide means 18 which guides the cylindrical cover 12 to a predetermined position on the support plate 11; a packing 15 which is attached onto the support plate 11 so as to contact with an end edge of a lower opening end of the cylindrical cover 12 when the cylindrical cover 12 is attached onto the support plate 11 so as to cover the surface region 11e of the support plate 11; and pressing means 16 which prevents the cylindrical cover 12 from spring up relative to the support plate 11. A space in the cylindrical cover 12 is held in a sealed state when the storage container 10 is moved. |
