<p>Provided is a body water content monitor by which it is possible to properly ascertain the water content of the body of a subject. The body water content monitor, which measures the water content of the body of a subject, includes a display unit for displaying a measurement result, a backlight unit for illuminating the display unit, and a control unit for controlling the backlight unit to provide light for a predetermined amount of time at the timing at which measurement is completed and the measurement result is displayed on the display unit.</p> |
