PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack of an assembled battery which improves vibration suppression effect of electric cells stored in the battery pack of the assembled battery with a simple structure and easy processes while minimizing the increase of components, and to provide a fixing method of the assembled battery. SOLUTION: A battery pack of an assembled battery comprises: multiple electric cells 10 hermetically sealed with a laminate film; a case 2 storing the stacked multiple electric cells 10; a positive electrode terminal 4a and a negative electrode terminal 4b of the assembled battery 1 which connect the electric cells 10 in series or in parallel to connect with the exterior of the case 2; a lid member 5 pressing the uppermost surface of the stacked multiple electric cells 10 stored in the case 2 into the case 2 in a direction opposite to the lamination direction of the electric cells 10; and fixing means fixing the lid member 5 to the case 2 at a position where the pressing force becomes a predetermined value.
