摘要 The present invention relates to a fermented rice bran composition fermented by inoculating a whole rice bran in which a rice hull extract is added to rice bran with lactic acid bacteria. According to the present invention, the storage properties of the rice bran can be extended to one year or longer by applying various treatment methods, and utilizing methods mainly designed into a physical treatment method and a carbohydrate addition method, for improving the storage properties through an acidification prevention of the rice bran which was difficult to solve, and for removing an anxiety of consumers due to the addition of chemical materials. Also, the present invention provides a high value whole content fermented rice bran composition with a remarkably improved functionality and a production method thereof, by analyzing the contents of gamma-orizanol and GABA, which are representative components of the rice bran, and by proliferating lactobacillus after finding a proliferation condition of the lactobacillus regarding a fermented rice bran product mixed with the rice hull extract.
