This invention provides an improved solution for accurately importing and integrating into a Project Register relevant project register data recorded within meeting minutes, using a design and method that ensures the data imported from the minutes of a meeting does not produce erroneous data within the project register items, nor corrupts the documented minutes of a meeting.
