The embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method, a communication apparatus and a communications device. The communication method comprises: a base station equipment sending at least one piece of measurement indication information to a user equipment, the measurement indication information comprising first carrier frequency information for indicating a target carrier frequency, at least one machine-type communication (MTC) cell being configured on the target carrier frequency, and the measurement indication information also comprising at least one piece of the following information: first measurement bandwidth indication information, at least one piece of reference symbol indication information and at least one piece of sub-frame indication information; and the base station equipment receiving first measurement report information sent by the user equipment after a measurement is performed according to the measurement indication information, and communicating with the user equipment according to the first measurement report information. By setting different measurement bandwidths for the MTC cell and a non-MTC cell, measuring the MTC cell according to a reference symbol at a side corresponding to the MTC cell, and only monitoring and measuring a sub-frame comprising the MTC cell, the measurement effect on the MTC cell can be improved. |
