This power control system is provided with: a power-supply-quantity acquisition means, which is connected to a power supply means that supplies power and a load means that receives the supply of power and consumes the power, and which acquires the power supply quantity supplied from the power supply means; a power-consumption-quantity acquisition means that acquires the power consumption quantity consumed by the load means; and a power supply/demand control means that alters the total power supply quantity by transmitting/receiving power with another device in accordance with the total power supply quantity, which is the total acquired power supply quantity, and the total power consumption quantity, which is the total acquired power consumption quantity. |
