PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor excellent in responsiveness with high accuracy when detecting a temperature by pushing it to a heating roller and the like and having a high rigidity.SOLUTION: The temperature sensor includes: a pair of lead wires 2; a sensor part 3 connected to the lead wires 2; and an insulating holding part 4 fixed to the pair of lead wires and holding the lead wires. The sensor part includes: an insulating film 5; a thin film thermistor part 6 pattern-formed by a thermistor material on a surface of the insulating film; a pair of comb-shaped electrodes 7 having a plurality of comb parts on the thin film thermistor part and pattern-formed facing each other; a pair of pattern electrodes 8 whose one end is connected to the pair of comb-shaped electrodes and the other end is connected to the pair of lead wires and pattern-formed on the surface of the insulating film; and a support substrate 9 having a rigidity higher than that of the insulating film adhered on a rear surface of the insulating film. |
