The present invention relates to a system to control indoor temperature. According to the present invention, the system to control an indoor temperature includes: a boiler; a floor heating unit where hot water heated by the boiler circulates through a hot water exhalant tube and a hot water recovery tube; first and second electronic valves respectively installed on the hot water exhalant tube and hot water recovery tube; first and second three-way valves respectively connected to a pair of hot water exhalant manifold and a hot water recovery manifold which are divaricated between the first and second electronic valves at predetermined points of the hot water exhalant tube and hot water recovery tube; and a fan coil unit connected to the first three-way valve on one side, and to the second three-way valve on the other side. By the operations of the first and second electronic valves and the first and second three-way valves, a floor heating or a convectional heating is selectively performed.
