<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power centralized management device capable of smoothly coping with fluctuation in demand power in a business facility and power traded with a power company, while suppressing capacity of a standing storage battery.SOLUTION: A power centralized management device 11 comprises: a power company power output/input unit 55 connected to a power system network 18 of a power company 19; an electric vehicle power output/input unit 57 connected to a charge/discharge stand 29 for charging/discharging a storage battery 36 in an EV 26 of a guest of a lodging facility 5; and a power control unit 58 which supplies the lodging facility 5 with power depending on its power demand by using the storage battery 36 in the EV 26 connected to the electric vehicle power output/input unit 57 as a storage battery for the lodging facility 5, and controls a power trading amount transmitted/received between the lodging facility 5 and the power company through the power company power output/input unit 55 and a charge/discharge amount of the storage battery 36 in the EV 26.</p> |
