The present invention relates to a branch tube for an infusion set, comprising: a main tubular part having a first connection part connected to an infusion bag and a second connection part connected to a syringe; a branch tubular part separated from the main part to connect the main part; a medicinal fluid injection unit terminally installed in the branch part; a filter member filtering the medicinal fluid infused through the medicinal fluid injection unit arranged inside the branch part; and an elastic pressing portion expanded when the medicinal fluid is injected through the medicinal fluid injection unit and contracted by elasticity for which the medicinal fluid can pass through the filter member. As such, the present invention can effectively remove a foreign substance injected through the medicinal fluid injection unit and an injection of the medicinal fluid or an infusion solution can be preceded smoothly.
