The present invention relates to a hot grill for direct fire roasting, wherein coal fire flames are not directly discharged to the vertical top side of meat put on the hot grill but are alternately diffused in a zigzag form to come into contact with the meat so that the meat is slowly cooked to have an unburned outer side and a well-cooked inner side; and oil produced from the meat being roasted is led not to fall on the coal fire but to be separately collected. The hot grill for direct fire roasting comprises: a main plate in which a main grill unit with multiple oil pans is formed in the center of a main plate body having main handles on both sides thereof and an oil inducing path for inducing oil discharged from the oil pans towards an outer oil discharge hole of the main handle unit; and a sub plate having sub handles prepared on both sides thereof corresponding to the main handles, and a sub grill unit having grill supports respectively disposed between the oil pans of the main grill unit (12). |
