The present invention relates to an insole which adjusts air pressures at different positions according to the weight, foot shape and preference of a user with a small volume of an air injection part formed, facilitates the re-injection of air, can be inserted anywhere in a shoe, and can be displaced from one shoe to another. The insole capable of adjusting air comprises a first sheet in a planar shape prepared to shield air; a second sheet having at least one portion touching the first sheet to form one or more air containing spaces between the first and second sheets; and an air injection part placed between the first sheet and the second sheet to supply or discharge air to/from the air containing spaces, wherein the air injection part includes a first insertion sheet and a second insertion sheet having a semi-opened part formed to be opened partially between the first and second insertion sheets and attached by an adhesion part. |
