PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driving device that allows stably fixing of each constituent element and achieving of reduction in size.SOLUTION: A motor driving device 10 includes: a plurality of substrates 14 and 16 each having a circuit for driving a motor 12; semiconductor elements 18 and 20 mounted on the substrates 14 and 16, respectively; at least one smoothing capacitor 22 mounted on at least one of the substrates 14 and 16; and a radiator 24 disposed in adjacent to the semiconductor elements 18 and 20 and having a heat-transmission surface. The smoothing capacitor 22 is disposed so as to be housed in a sweeping space 34 formed so that the first printed substrate 14 provided in adjacent to and substantially in parallel to a base surface 28 is swept in the opposite direction of the front surface, and is disposed spaced apart from the first printed substrate 14.
