PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical kit.SOLUTION: A surgical kit includes: a surgical instrument 100a including a handle assembly 110 and a slender part 120 extending from the handle assembly in the distal direction to define the longitudinal axis; a loading unit which is a loading unit configured for selective engagement with a distal part of the slender part and includes an anvil assembly 230 and a cartridge channel; and a plurality of cartridge members. Each cartridge member includes a plurality of holding slots, and at least some of the slots include a clamp in the slot. Each cartridge member is configured for selective and mechanical engagement with the cartridge channel. Each cartridge member has a longitudinal length and a length for operation, and the length for operation is a longitudinal distance along an array of holding slots having the clamp therein. |
