FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: inclined belt conveyor includes belt resting on grooved roller carriages consisting of two tilted side rollers (2, 3) and central horizontal roller (4). On both butt portions of horizontal roller, blocks (5, 6) are fixed. The blocks have projections (7) on their outer surface which projections abut against rod (9) when the roller rotates in reverse direction, when its rotation angle is up to 30 degrees from normal to the plane of load-carrying branch of belt. The rod has bended vertically down portion (10) which is by means of articulated joint (11) installed on bracket (13) with vertical slit (14) with possibility for articulation pivot to be displaced along it. The bracket is fixed on supporting beam (12) of grooved roller carriage. On the supporting beam, thrust appliance (15) is fixed in cantilever fashion to limit rotation in vertical plane relative to articulated joint of rod lower portion.EFFECT: higher reliability of conveyor.3 dwg |
