摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inconvenience of stopping cryptographic communication thereafter as much as possible when both common factors differ between both parties performing cryptographic communication.SOLUTION: A counter is added and updated (R, N, O→R, N, 1→R, N, 2→R, N+1, 0→...) according to transmission/reception of a cryptogram (operation instruction and operation response). When counter updates at a side of a main control part and at a side of a CU communication control part differ because of nonarrival of the operation response, the side of the CU communication control part tries decoding while performing a counter update (R, N+4,O→R, N+3, O→R, N+2, O) to match a counter value at the side of the main control part by recovering the counter value. The counter value of which decoding has been successful becomes the recovered counter value.
