A method and an apparatus for removing the inter-modulation signal of a passive device by using a nonlinear signal are provided to improve signal detection performance by removing inter-modulation signal generated in the passive device within the communication device. Each virtual inter-modulation signal generating unit(110) outputs and generates the virtual inter-modulation signal by inputting first and second signal. An inter-modulation signal cancellation administration unit(120) generates the nonlinear signal and inputs the virtual inter-modulation signal. The inter-modulation signal cancellation administration unit produces the estimation inter-modulation signal. If the third signal and the fourth signal in which the inter-modulation signal is included are inputted, the inter-modulation signal cancellation administration unit removes the inter-modulation signal from the fourth signal by using the estimation inter-modulation signal. |
