The present invention relates to a new inhibiting material for inhibiting NS2B-NS3 protease activity of a dengue virus which is a cause of a dengue fever. The present invention has an effect for being efficiently used for treatment or prevention of diseases related to a dengue fever virus by supplying a new superior material capable of inhibiting the activity of protease of a dengue virus by measuring and evaluating the activity of an activity inhibiting candidate material presented by using a virtual screening method after a gene of NS2B-NS3 protease is expressed by using microorganisms.
