摘要 <p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system and a method thereof for calculating voltage and current change rates upon starting a vehicle battery up to measurable limits of a low current measurement band sensor using the low current measurement band sensor, and continuously cumulating and calculating starting resistance within the limits from the calculated voltage and current change rates. To achieve this purpose, the system of the present invention includes: a voltage change rate calculating unit which calculates a voltage change value within limits of a low current measurement band sensor, and calculates a voltage change rate per hour using the calculated voltage change value and the time required; a current change rate calculating unit which calculates a current change value within the limits of the low current measurement band sensor, and calculates a current change rate per hour using the calculated current change value and the time required; and a starting resistance calculating unit which calculates starting resistance using the voltage and current change rates per hour respectively calculated by the voltage change rate calculating unit and the current change rate calculating unit, and calculates a cumulative average by cumulatively operating starting resistance continuously calculated for a predetermined period of time.</p>
