The present invention relates to a binding method for processing a groove in inner sheets. The binding method comprises a groove cutting preparing step of allowing a groove cutting line to be the boundary of inner sheets and the edge of the groove formed on the inner sheets by forming the groove cutting line extended outward from the inside of the inner sheets on whole paper, and a cutting step of separating a part belonging to the groove along the groove cutting line by cutting the boundary of the inner sheets. The present invention can reduce costs and effort required for bookbinding without manual work by processing the groove as not the complete groove but a C-shape using a cutting machine (Thomson), and completing the groove in a finish cutting step after a binding process when the groove is processed on the inner sheets in the lateral side of a book, does not need to additionally check the inner sheets for the processing of the groove, can prevent the contamination of and the damage to the inner sheets, can maintain the high quality of the book or a notebook regardless of the expertise of workers, can perform a convenient function, such as the storage of writing materials, by processing the groove in the inner sheets, can provide the design expandability of the bound objects, can reduce the defect of the bound sheets by forming the dotted cutting line, and can roundly cut the upper and lower edges of the lateral side of the book through postprocessing after the binging process. |
