The stack i.e. cheese kebab (10), has multiple cheese slices (12-1 to 12-4) including through-holes (14-1 to 14-4), which run in an axial direction. An upper front side and/or a lower front side of each cheese slice includes a circular contour, and is unstructured. The through-holes include a non-rotational symmetric contour. Each cheese slice contains intermediate strong or strong cheese i.e. Halloumi cheese. The cheese slice stack is inserted in a perpendicularly standing rotisserie, grilled, and cut by a knife. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a cheese slice.
