<p>The present invention relates to an anti-cancer pap composition capable of stimulating patient's appetite, the elderly and the sick, and the likes; who are suffering from loss of appetite through cauliflower and ingredients having rich nutrients and excellent anti-cancer effects, stimulating the palate through excellent taste and various colors, and preventing cancers and enhancing the anti-cancer effects through ingestion, and a method for making the same. According to the present invention, cauliflower is a vegetable preventing cancers, and is rich in phytochemicals having excellent anti-oxidant and anti-cancer effects, such as beta-carotene, Vitamin C, indole, sulforaphane, chlorophyll, and sulfur compounds.
