According to the present invention, a method for checking a user′s exercise information includes the steps of: checking the state of a terrain a user is moving on by using pressure information from a user terminal; checking the motion information of the user carrying the user terminal by analyzing the movement of the user terminal in the horizontal and vertical directions; and checking the user′s exercise information by reflecting the user′s motion information and the state of the terrain.
