The thyristor power actuator comprises several service sections that are actuated by a control and regulation unit (STR). Each service section is designed with phase modules (P1-Pm) and is provided with a power input for connecting different phases (L11,L12,L21,L22,L31,L32) of supply networks (NET1,NET2) and a power output. Each phase module is connected with the control and regulation unit through a control interface such that the control and regulation unit controls the individual phase modules according to respective interconnection.
