摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device, an electronic apparatus and a power supply control method which allow reduction in power consumption of the electronic apparatus including a GPS device.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 10 comprises a sensor control microcomputer 12, a GPS 14, and an atmospheric pressure sensor 16. The sensor control microcomputer 12 analyses a waveform of an atmospheric pressure value in a certain period obtained by the atmospheric pressure sensor 16, and determines whether the electronic apparatus 10 is in a tunnel based on a predetermined threshold (reference value). The sensor control microcomputer 12 performs control to turn off the power supply of the GPS 14 when determining that the electronic apparatus 10 is in the tunnel, and performs control to turn on the power supply of the GPS 14 when determining that the apparatus comes out of the tunnel. Turning off the power supply of the GPS 14 in a tunnel where a GPS signal does not arrive reduces current consumption of the GPS 14 to suppress power consumption.
