PURPOSE: An automatic opening and closing method and system for the opening part of a vehicle are provided to automatically open or close a specific door which a driver wants to open or close and to cancel automatic opening or closing commands at a driver's request. CONSTITUTION: An automatic opening and closing method for the opening part of a vehicle comprises the following steps: storing a specific command using a smart key when the command is inputted and transmitting the command to the control part of a vehicle (S200); activating a specific communication module to correspond to the specific command and detecting the entry of the smart key into the detection range of a specific wireless communication module (S600); proceeding the authentication the smart key with the specific wireless communication module when detecting the smart key (S700); and transmitting the specific command to the control part when the authentication of the smart key is completed and controlling the opening or closing operation of the opening part to correspond to the specific wireless communication module using the control part (S800).
