Building energy simulation method based on building information modeling

The present invention provides a method for simulating BIM-based energy. The method comprises the steps of: (a) allowing a BIM construction model output module (100) to construct a building model using BIM construction information and output the building model; (b) allowing an energy simulation input module (200) to input additional energy simulation information; (c) allowing a data conversion module (300) to convert the inputted additional energy simulation information into data for a building energy simulation module (400); (d) allowing the building energy simulation module (400) to perform a building energy simulation using the converted additional energy simulation information and the building model; and (e) allowing a simulation result output module (500) to output the simulation result.
