The present invention relates to a water-dispersible coating solution which is manufactured by preparing an anti-static coating composition by mixing a cationic copolymer, an acrylic resin, a urethane acrylate resin, a cross-linking agent, and a fluorine resin, and mixing the anti-static coating composition and water, and to a method for manufacturing an anti-static polyester film manufactured by using the water-dispersible coating solution. The water-dispersible coating solution of the present invention contains cationic copolymer to have excellent anti-static properties. According to the present invention, an anti-static layer of the anti-static polyester film is not separated or does not dissolve even when the anti-static polyester film is washed with an organic solvent because the anti-static polyester film is manufactured by coating the water-dispersible coating solution on one side or both sides of a non-stretched polyester film and biaxially stretching the film. |
