The present invention relates to a wheel derailment prevention structure for a railway vehicle and, more specifically, to a wheel derailment prevention structure for a railway vehicle capable of stably preventing a railway vehicle from being derailed by a transverse rail thrust caused when running on a curved interval; at the same time enhancing the riding quality by reducing vibrations. To achieve the above objective, the present invention regarding to a derailment prevention structure for a railway vehicle including wheels, axles, and an axle box, has a support member to support the top lateral side of the rail, prepared on the outside of the axle box, and a roller prepared on the bottom inside of the support member to be in contact with the rail. |
